An inquiry begins a conversation. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing, ownership and support are set out in a separate agreement before an engagement begins. A website inquiry does not reserve delivery capacity or confirm a meeting. Published package prices are starting scopes and remain subject to the agreed proposal.
